1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Pin Passport you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Pin Passport. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) post false, offensive, or spam content; (b) harass or impersonate other users; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the app or its backend; (d) use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (rounds, notes, photos). By posting you grant Pin Passport a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights.

6. Pro Upgrade

The Pro upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

Pin Passport, its logo, wordmark, and all app content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin Passport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We'll update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
